Kat is dedicated to helping salon professionals discover and embrace their true potential. Kat believes that impact and success aren’t defined by size but by the dedication and innovation one brings to their craft. 

She is passionate about transforming hairdressers into confident salon owners who have the capacity to dream bigger and recognize their individual power to achieve their professional and financial goals.
