Why did you decide to become coach?
After years of watching a lack of support in our industry, I decided we needed to make a change. I wanted to focus on the business driven artists.
How would you describe your coaching style?
Be careful what you share with me, because I will make you accomplish it. That includes the good, the uncomfortable, and everything in between.

What should someone expect when working with you?
Straight forward coaching with a side of accountability. I will be by your side through every decision as well as being a creative outlet to brainstorm with. I always have your business in mind and how we can elevate it to the next level.
What would you say to someone who is skeptical of hiring a coach?
Being skeptical is a sure sign you should take a risk. How do you know something doesn’t work if you have never tried it? Who are you going to listen to, your fear or your heart?
What excites you about the Destroy The Hairdresser platform?
The accountability and communication. Our program is set up to keep students connected with their coach. They are being supported whether it is through our online classes, support groups, or one-on-one phone calls. Our students are never be alone in their decision making process.
What books have influenced your coaching style?
Steal Like an Artist by Austin Kleon
Make your Mark: The Creatives Guide to Building a Business with Impact by Jocelyn K. Glei
Fear is Not an Option by Monica Berg
The Money Book by Joseph D’Agnese
What has been your biggest success story as a coach?
Anytime a student signs up with me is a success story. Just the act of signing up and taking a risk in yourself is such a powerful step. In that moment fear turns into excitement and we are on a path to overcome all obstacles together.
