“Sheli helped me through a very huge shift in my career of opening my salon. The amount of support that I received from Sheli during the opening process was more than I could have ever asked for! Sheli provided so much valuable information when it came to creating my desired culture within my salon as well as guidance with hiring and creating effective systems and processes within my business. Sheli made this transition for me going from just a hairstylist to a salon owner and mentor a very enjoyable and fun experience!”

“Our experience working with Sheli was outstanding. She took the time to establish a relationship with us. Then she pushed us right outside of our comfort zones. The biggest lessons we took away were addressing our emotional intelligence, building a business with modern practices, and taking more action. Sheli had us work on our partnership as well. Being a husband-wife-business-partner-team isn't always the easiest of tasks, but developing our communication and setting time aside for work and time together outside work has proven invaluable for our relationship. We've grown considerably from our time with Coach Sheli and will continue applying many of the lessons she shared with us."
