“Destroy The Hairdresser is more than a program, it’s a feeling.”

Why did you decide to become coach?

After doing hair for 17 years, I was burnt out. I asked my self almost every day is this it. Is this what my career and life are all about. I knew I wanted more, but I didn’t know how to get more. Destroy The Hairdresser changed my life. I transformed my career from a burnt-out hobby stylist to a fulfilled salon owner in less than a year. I knew I had to help other stylists and salon owners find their fulfillment in our industry.

How would you describe your coaching style?

Vulnerability is the key to our success. As a student of mine, I will meet you where you’re at and guide to crush your goals using the foundations of Destroy The Hairdresser.

What should someone expect when working with you?

Destroy The Hairdresser is a unique coaching platform for salon professionals. They take a unique approach to how we salon and are always evolving. The rules are, there are no rules.

What would you say to someone who is skeptical of hiring a coach?

Hiring a coach is the first risk you will be taking with coaching. Working through the fear of risk-taking is what we will be doing together to reach all your goals.

What excites you about the Destroy The Hairdresser platform?

Limitless possibilities. You have a program that wants you to win. You will be supported with one-on-one coaching calls, texting, online classes, and community.

What books have influenced your coaching style?

I prefer audiobooks. Brené Brown is my girl. Daring Greatly and Dare to Lead are two great books to listen to.

What has been your biggest success story as a coach?

Every student is a success story. Deciding to choose yourself and want to take proactive steps to change your career and life is always a bid success.

“It’s so important to remember there’s no expiration date on your dreams.”
