3 Days of Life Changing Support & Education
DAY 1
Zoom Session
Your audit will start with a discovery zoom session with Cyd and David. This session is to identify challenges, problems, and breakdowns.
DAY 2
Salon Observation, Dinner, & Feedback
Cyd and David will spend four hours of the working day with you and your team, observing the flow and investigating the systems.
In the evening Cyd and David will be taking your to dinner to discuss their observations and suggestions for structural change.
DAY 3
Destroy Bad Business Class
The last in-person day with Cyd and David will consist of a 4-hour course for the entire team called Destroy Bad Business. You can learn more about that here.
