DESTROY THE HAIRDRESSER
1:1 COACHING AGREEMENT
This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Destroy The Hairdresser ("DTH"), including its founders, coaches, employees, contractors, and representatives ("Coach"), and the enrolled participant ("Client").
Agreement Effective Date
This Agreement becomes effective immediately upon enrollment in any Destroy The Hairdresser coaching program and remains in effect for the duration of the Client's participation in coaching services.
Purpose
Coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to support the Client's personal and professional growth. Coaching may focus on business development, leadership, finances, marketing, operations, mindset, communication, team management, or other business-related topics.
Coaching is intended to challenge, support, educate, and guide the Client toward achieving self-determined goals and outcomes.
Client Responsibilities
The Client understands and agrees that:

The Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, results, business operations, financial decisions, and implementation of any strategies discussed during coaching.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, accounting advice, financial advice, medical advice, or mental health treatment.

Coaching does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical, psychological, emotional, or mental health condition.

The Client agrees to seek qualified professional advice for legal, medical, mental health, tax, accounting, or other professional matters when appropriate.

The Client agrees to communicate honestly, participate actively, remain open to feedback, and take responsibility for their own progress.
Coach Responsibilities
Destroy The Hairdresser coaches agree to:

Conduct themselves professionally and ethically.

Provide coaching, guidance, resources, and accountability within the scope of their expertise.

Maintain reasonable confidentiality regarding Client information as outlined in this Agreement.

Provide support within the boundaries of the selected coaching program.
Coaching Services
The Client will receive coaching services according to the coaching program selected during enrollment.
Services may include:

Scheduled coaching calls
-
Email support
-
Text, messaging, or platform-based communication when applicable
-
Access to educational resources
-
Access to coaching communities and group discussions when applicable
-
Group trainings, workshops, office hours, or bonus sessions when included
The structure, frequency, duration, and delivery of coaching services may vary based on the selected coaching program.
Destroy The Hairdresser reserves the right to modify coaching platforms, communication methods, scheduling systems, and service delivery methods as necessary.
Communication Policy
Coaches may be available between scheduled sessions through approved communication channels.
Responses are generally provided during business hours:
Monday-Friday
9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern Time
Coaches are not expected to provide immediate responses and do not provide emergency support.
Call Recording & AI Transcription
Coaching sessions may be recorded and/or transcribed for internal coaching purposes.
Recordings and transcripts may be used to:
By participating in coaching sessions, the Client consents to recording and transcription.
Destroy The Hairdresser will not publicly distribute coaching recordings without the Client's permission.
Scheduling & Missed Sessions
The Client is responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions.
If the Client needs to reschedule, at least 24 hours' notice is requested whenever possible.
Missed sessions may be forfeited at the discretion of the Coach.
Destroy The Hairdresser will make reasonable efforts to reschedule missed sessions but cannot guarantee replacement appointments.
Billing Authorization
By enrolling in coaching, the Client authorizes Destroy The Hairdresser to charge the payment method provided for recurring subscription payments according to the selected coaching plan.
The Client is responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available for scheduled payments.
Failed, declined, disputed, or reversed payments may result in suspension or termination of coaching services until the account is brought current.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change.
Clients may cancel their coaching subscription at any time by submitting written notice to:

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to prevent future charges.
Upon cancellation:

Future recurring payments will be stopped.

Access to coaching services will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

No refunds will be provided for payments already processed.

Failure to submit cancellation prior to a billing date does not qualify for a refund of that payment.
Example:
If a payment is processed on July 4 and cancellation is submitted on July 10, coaching access will remain active through August 3. No refund will be issued for the July 4 payment.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
The Client agrees to contact Destroy The Hairdresser at [email protected] to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback for valid services rendered may result in immediate termination of access to coaching services, educational materials, communities, and future programs.
Destroy The Hairdresser reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances and recover any fees incurred as a result of chargebacks or payment disputes.
Community Conduct
Destroy The Hairdresser is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and supportive environment.
The Client agrees not to engage in:

Harassment or discrimination

Threatening behavior
-
Abusive language
-
Disruptive conduct
-
Defamation of coaches, staff, students, or the company

Sharing confidential information belonging to other students
Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal from coaching services and communities without refund.
Confidentiality
Destroy The Hairdresser respects the confidentiality of coaching conversations.
Information shared by the Client will not be disclosed without permission except:

When required by law

To protect the safety of individuals

For internal training, supervision, coach development, or quality assurance purposes

When information is already publicly available
The Client understands that coaching is not a legally privileged relationship like those between attorney-client, physician-patient, or therapist-client.
Media & Testimonial Release
The Client grants Destroy The Hairdresser permission to use testimonials, success stories, written feedback, screenshots, survey responses, comments, business wins, and coaching outcomes for educational and marketing purposes.
Destroy The Hairdresser agrees not to disclose confidential financial information or sensitive personal information without permission.
Clients may request in writing that their name be withheld from public marketing materials.
Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, worksheets, presentations, recordings, systems, frameworks, methodologies, course content, educational resources, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Destroy The Hairdresser.
The Client may not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, teach, sell, modify, or repurpose any Destroy The Hairdresser materials without prior written permission.
No Guarantees
The Client understands that coaching outcomes vary based on numerous factors, including effort, implementation, business conditions, market conditions, and personal circumstances.
Destroy The Hairdresser makes no guarantees regarding:
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Termination
Either the Client or Destroy The Hairdresser may terminate this Agreement at any time through written notice.
Destroy The Hairdresser reserves the right to immediately terminate coaching services if the Client:

Violates this Agreement

Engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct
-
Disrupts coaching environments or communities
-
Violates payment obligations
Termination does not create an obligation for Destroy The Hairdresser to provide refunds.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destroy The Hairdresser, its founders, coaches, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in coaching services.
The maximum liability of Destroy The Hairdresser shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client during the six (6) months preceding any claim.
Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before pursuing legal action.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, the parties agree to participate in mediation before initiating litigation.
Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Electronic Acceptance
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any Destroy The Hairdresser coaching program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The Client further acknowledges that checking an acceptance box, clicking "I Agree," completing enrollment, submitting payment, or accessing coaching services constitutes an electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
If the Client does not agree to these terms, they should not enroll in or participate in coaching services provided by Destroy The Hairdresser.
