DESTROY THE HAIRDRESSER
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Agreement Effective Date
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Destroy The Hairdresser ("DTH"), including its founders, coaches, employees, contractors, and representatives ("DTH"), and the enrolled participant ("Member").
This Agreement becomes effective immediately upon enrollment in any Destroy The Hairdresser membership, coaching program, subscription, or service and remains in effect for the duration of the Member's participation.
Definition of Membership
For the purposes of this Agreement, "Membership" includes any paid coaching program, one-on-one coaching, group coaching, consulting service, mastermind, subscription, educational program, digital membership, or future service offered by Destroy The Hairdresser.
By enrolling in any Membership, the Member agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Purpose
Destroy The Hairdresser provides education, coaching, mentorship, accountability, and business development resources designed to support salon owners, leaders, and beauty professionals.
Membership is intended to challenge, educate, support, and guide Members toward achieving their own business and personal goals.
Member Responsibilities
The Member understands and agrees that:
• The Member is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation, business operations, finances, and results.
• Coaching and education are not therapy, counseling, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, financial planning, or medical treatment.
• Destroy The Hairdresser does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical, psychological, emotional, or mental health condition.
• The Member agrees to seek qualified professionals whenever legal, financial, tax, medical, or mental health advice is needed.
• The Member agrees to participate honestly, remain open to feedback, ask questions, and take responsibility for their own progress.
Destroy The Hairdresser Responsibilities
Destroy The Hairdresser agrees to:
• Conduct all coaching professionally and ethically.
• Provide education, accountability, coaching, and support within the scope of the Member's selected Membership.
• Maintain reasonable confidentiality as outlined in this Agreement.
• Deliver Membership services in good faith.
Membership Services
Services vary depending on the Membership purchased and may include:
• One-on-one coaching
• Group coaching
• Live classes
• Coaching calls
• Educational resources
• Community access
• Messaging support
• Workshops
• Office hours
• Digital resources
• Recordings and replays
Not every Membership includes every service listed above.
Destroy The Hairdresser reserves the right to improve, modify, or update Membership features, platforms, communication methods, scheduling systems, and service delivery as needed.
Communication Policy
Communication availability varies depending on the Membership purchased.
Our team generally responds during business hours:
Monday-Friday
9:00 AM-7:00 PM Eastern Time
We do not provide emergency support and cannot guarantee immediate responses.
Call Recording & AI Transcription
Coaching calls, classes, workshops, and meetings may be recorded and/or transcribed.
These recordings may be used for:
• Meeting notes
• Action plans
• AI-generated summaries
• Coach training
• Quality assurance
• Internal documentation
Recordings will never be publicly shared without the Member's permission.
By participating in Membership services, the Member consents to recording and transcription.
Scheduling
Members are responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions.
When applicable, at least 24 hours' notice is requested for rescheduling.
Missed coaching sessions may be forfeited at the discretion of Destroy The Hairdresser.
Programs that do not include scheduled coaching calls are not eligible for makeup sessions.
Payment Authorization
By enrolling, the Member authorizes Destroy The Hairdresser to charge the payment method provided according to the selected Membership or payment plan.
The Member is responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available.
Failed, declined, disputed, or reversed payments may result in suspension or termination of Membership benefits until the account is brought current.
Coaching Payment Plans
Fixed-term coaching packages (including but not limited to 3-, 6-, and 9-month programs) are financial commitments.
If a Member chooses a payment plan, they agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation or usage of coaching services.
Choosing to stop participating does not cancel the remaining payment obligation.
Membership Cancellation
Recurring monthly Memberships may be canceled at any time by submitting written notice to:

Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date to prevent future charges.
Upon cancellation:
• Future recurring payments will stop.
• Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
Fixed-term coaching programs and payment plans are non-refundable and remain due according to the original purchase agreement.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
The Member agrees to contact Destroy The Hairdresser before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Chargebacks for valid services rendered may result in immediate termination of Membership access.
Destroy The Hairdresser reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances and recover any fees incurred as a result of chargebacks.
Community Standards
Destroy The Hairdresser is committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and supportive community.
Members agree not to engage in:
• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Threatening behavior
• Abusive language
• Defamation
• Sharing confidential information belonging to other Members
Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal without refund.
Confidentiality
Destroy The Hairdresser respects the confidentiality of coaching conversations.
Information shared by Members will not be disclosed except:
• When required by law
• To protect the safety of individuals
• For internal training, coach development, or quality assurance
• When information is already publicly available
The Member understands coaching is not a legally privileged relationship.
Testimonials & Media Release
The Member grants Destroy The Hairdresser permission to use testimonials, written feedback, survey responses, screenshots, comments, business wins, and success stories for educational and marketing purposes.
Destroy The Hairdresser agrees not to disclose confidential financial information or sensitive personal information without permission.
Members may request in writing that their name be withheld from public marketing materials.
Intellectual Property
All Membership content, coaching materials, worksheets, presentations, recordings, systems, methodologies, frameworks, educational resources, digital products, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Destroy The Hairdresser.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, publish, modify, upload into AI systems for redistribution, or otherwise share Destroy The Hairdresser materials without prior written permission.
No Guarantees
Every business is different.
Destroy The Hairdresser makes no guarantees regarding revenue, profitability, business growth, hiring success, team performance, client retention, marketing results, social media performance, or any specific personal or professional outcome.
Success depends on many factors, including implementation, effort, timing, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
Past results do not guarantee future results.
Termination
Either the Member or Destroy The Hairdresser may terminate this relationship at any time through written notice.
Destroy The Hairdresser reserves the right to immediately terminate Membership if the Member:
• Violates this Agreement
• Engages in abusive or threatening conduct
• Disrupts the community
• Violates payment obligations
Termination does not create an obligation for Destroy The Hairdresser to issue a refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destroy The Hairdresser, its founders, coaches, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in Membership services.
The maximum liability of Destroy The Hairdresser shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Member during the six (6) months preceding any claim.
Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before pursuing legal action.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties agree to participate in mediation before litigation.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, discussions, representations, or understandings relating to Membership.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Electronic Acceptance
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any Destroy The Hairdresser Membership, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Checking an acceptance box, clicking "I Agree," submitting payment, completing enrollment, or accessing Membership materials constitutes an electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
If the Member does not agree to these terms, they should not purchase or participate in any Destroy The Hairdresser Membership.
