“Invest in yourself, not in another balayage class.”

Why did you decide to become coach?

After finding my confidence and success through Destroy the Hairdresser program, I knew I wanted to help other stylists. I want hairstylists to break through all the nonsense that holds us back.

How would you describe your coaching style?

The great motivator!

What should someone expect when working with you?

Having held just about every position in the salon industry, I can empathize with everyone, but you will get unbiased honesty from me. The change you need is already within you!  I want to help you find it and activate it. The journey will be filled with ups, downs, tears, and laughing, but it's so worth it.

What would you say to someone who is skeptical of hiring a coach?

In my experience, when I feel anti-something, it's a sure sign for opportunity and growth. Also, hiring a coach is self-care; everyone needs that.

What excites you about the Destroy The Hairdresser platform?

The ever-changing platform and all the incredible people I’ve met through my journey.

What books have influenced your coaching style?

The Power of Kabbalah by Yehuda Berg

You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero

You Are a Badass at Making Money by Jen Sincero

What has been your biggest success story as a coach?

I think merely committing to working with me is a success! It can be so uncomfortable to try and determine to change. It is huge to recognize that we all need help.

“Nothing about coaching is comfortable, but growth doesn’t lie in comfort.”
