Sarah Evans advises local employers on employment law compliance, tackling issues like harassment prevention and wage compliance. She defends employers in litigation, handling individual and class action cases.

Recognized as California’s 40th Senate District’s Woman of the Year and a Woman of Influence in Law, Evans co-authored the employment law chapter in "A Practitioner’s Guide to Class Actions." Active in the Lawyers Club of San Diego and other community roles, she's committed to equity and inclusion.
