ASSIGNMENTS

 

1. How do you want to feel?

1. Daring   2. Organized   3. Refreshed   4. Present   5. Stoked

Start your day off every day and visualize how you want to feel. Do not do anything that makes you feel differently. Start to create the habits to set you up for success. 

 

2.  What don't you want in the next 5 years? 

Create your list of what you don't want and then create your list of what you want. Maybe even make a list of stuff you are unsure about. 

 

3. Your opponent 

Fear, doubt and guilt are your opponent. Remember the Hero vs. villain scenario. You can not be successful if you don't have something pushing you. Look at your opponent as something to be very aware of. when it reveals it ugly head by making you feel fear, doubt and guilt be aware and push it away.  Check out this video that mimics your opponent.

 

 

4.  GET ORGANIZED. 

We need to  organize and prioritize your life. The best way to do this is to plan and write down every single detail. Create 3 lists. 

1. What you need to do this week.

2. What you need to do today.

3. What you want to do. (no time frame)

Do not be so hard on yourself. If you don't get it all done then move it to the next day. The point of this is to find an outlet to get all your thoughts out and then round them up to complete them.

 

Start at the beginning of every week and write down your priorities. Look at the gaps in your schedule. Utilize them.

Don't make this complicated. If you only have 30 min to do something then utilize that 30 min. If you are starting something new then start it for 30 min each day. The goal is to allow time to work on it over and over until you finish it. Check out my article for more info.
